Water Usage

We use your water supply. Please ensure your spigots are functional prior to the service date. If you do not have a functioning water source, let us know in advance and we may be able to make accommodations. 

Furniture Movement

During the on-site assessment, we will discuss furniture movement based on the services requested.

Preparing for the Service

We appreciate it if you are able to clear any access restrictions to the target areas. We will assess the situation upon arrival and will communicate any additional needs clearly.

If you have valuables near the cleaning area(s), we recommend moving them to prevent any unintentional damage.

If your windows have screens, please remove them prior to arrival. If you are unable to remove them or forget to do so, an additional cost will be incurred. Elk Property Solutions is not liable to any damage to screens as they can be fragile, particularly if they are aged.

Rainy Day Policy

Most services can proceed in light rain. If weather conditions necessitate rescheduling, we will notify you beforehand. Prioritizing the safety of our team and your property is our main concern in inclement weather.

Being Home During Service

You do not need to be home if you are receiving exterior services only. We have your payment information and contact details. However, if we cannot access your property or we encounter an issue which prevents us from completing the work, and we cannot reach you by phone, cancellation fees may apply.
